1) A minimum of 1 provider reference (seen within the last 12 months, providers must have active online presence)

2) Email sent from work email address (I can provide a discreet email address if needed)

3) Other employment proof with USA driver’s license ID

The more information you provide, the faster and easier booking will be, and the more comfortable I will feel when we meet.

Discretion is of paramount importance to me and to you. It would not behoove me (or any provider) to compromise your discretion in any way.

I have gladly signed NDA’s in the past, and have no problem doing so again in the future. Please forward the document over a minimum of 24 hours in advance of our date to allow ample time for a read through.
